Mike was diagnosed with Plasma Cell Leukemia in late 2010, and died in 2011 of the disease. He was 49 years old. He was working at KMart at the time, and was married to Berta. Here is his Caring Bridge website.

Tom passed away on January 22, 2019 at the age of 55 in St. Paul.

Jeanne age 55 of Mora, Minnesota passed away peacefully on September 17, 2018. She will be deeply missed.

The following information is from the International Center for Unidentified & Missing Persons website. Patrick has been missing since April 2, 2007. His truck was found parked just off the Soo Line by Round Lake Blvd. Searches of the area failed to find him.

Shelley passed away in September 1983 in a motorcycle accident.

Scott passed away March 12, 2015 at age 51. He was born August 17, 1962 and grew up in Zimmerman, where he was a lifelong resident after serving in the Air Force. Here is a link to his obituary.

Mike passed away on October 30, 2020. He and his wife Suzanne Janette lived in Becker. They have two children, McKayla and Wyatt. This information was provided by a classmate and friend.

Jeff passed away on November 2, 2012 after a two year battle with pancreatic cancer. He died peacefully surrounded by is family. Jeff had three children who were the light of his life and many nieces and nephews, all of whom will miss him greatly.

Neal passed away on August 14, 2014. He is survived by daughters Lindsey and Alicia, grandchildren Kollin and Alayah, five siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.

Tammy passed away peacefully February 25, 2020, at the age of 56. Tammy was truly one-of-a-kind and a radiant light in an often-dark world.

Connie passed away on September 25, 2017. She is survived by her loving partner of 27 years, David R. Miller and many family members.

Nancy passed away peacefully on November 11, 2012, at the age of 49. She was diagnosed with cancer in May of 2011 and fought with great courage, strength, and grace.

Curt, age 52, of Elk River, passed away on November 9, 2015. A hopeless romantic and a true family man, he cherished time with family and friends. Curt enjoyed fishing and loved aeronautics.  Curt had a big heart and a sense of humor without limits.

Anthony (Tony) passed away on January 12, 1989. He passed away in a car accident with his daughter Kendra Lee Ellen Nieland July 2, 1987- January 12, 1989. He called her his little Filly. They were buried in the same casket – Tony in jeans, a t-shirt and his tough jean jacket, Kendra in a sweet little dress… there may have been a few bottles of Jack Daniels and a little teddy bear slipped into the side of the casket.

Brian passed away on July 26, 2014, aged 52. The family writes on his Caring Bridge page (in part) “Well, Brian fought the good fight and we truly believe he won, as he is now in perfect peace without any pain or suffering, and at home with the Lord.”

Celine passed away on April 26, 2021 at the age of 57. She fought lupus and its complications for over 30 years.

Tom passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 4, 2011 after battling lung cancer. Tom was a local farmer and bear bait supplier. He is survived by his wife Eileen; children, Brandon (Sarah), Ryan and Samantha.

Paul passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 56.  He was a longtime member of the Minneapolis Painters Union #386.

Wendy’s obituary did not note the day she passed. This information is from the Star News dated May 13, 2014. Her memorial service was Wednesday, May 21, 2014. She was survived by her husband, Alan, many family members, friends and her special dog Roo.

Gordy passed away at Mercy Medical Center in Coon Rapids on August 25, 1982 after a two and one-half week bout with herpetic encephalitis. He worked as a truck driver for Huneke Trucking in Rogers, and interests were four-wheeling and playing broomball and softball.

Brian passed away September 2, 2017, to go onto his next big adventure. He loved fishing, hunting, sports and traveling and being with friends and family. He is survived by his wife Michelle, his son Zach and daughter Casey. He will be missed dearly and thought about daily.

Kirk, age 53, of Mesa, Arizona, and formerly of Elk River and Brainerd, died on January 17, 2017.

Dennis Benson (Yurecko) passed away on 12/23/20.
